Youth Education

We are committed to instilling love for Judaism and Israel l’dor v’dor (generation to generation).

We have a flourishing Hebrew School, work with PJ Library to ship English-language Jewish children’s books directly to your door, and partner with BBYO (B’nei B’rith Youth Organization) to offer engaging and exciting teen programming!

Hebrew School

Lower School

Our Lower School meets three Sundays a month from 10:00am-12:00pm. Each session includes one hour of Hebrew Language instruction, and one hour of Jewish Studies. Classes are intended to be immersive and engaging, involving crafts, cooking, singing, field trips, and performances.

Upper School

Our upper school meets three Sundays a week from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Hebrew instruction is focused on helping our students master navigating the siddur (prayerbook), and learning Biblical Hebrew. Jewish Studies centers on issues related to ethics, navigating life's challenges, and Jewish identity.

BBYO

After traveling to Singapore in November of 2023 (read more here), the teens of the TJC have been working hard to organize fun activities for Jewish teens in order to found a BBYO chapter of their own!

PJ Library

PJ Library (more information here) is an exciting program that offers English-language Jewish children’s books delivered directly to your door—free of charge! Children can begin receiving their books as soon as they are born, and can continue to do so through 12 years old. The books that your children will receive are based upon their individual age.
